Housing prices in the United States have reached an all-time high, making it challenging for many individuals to find affordable housing. However, there are still housing options available based on household income. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older and meet the income guidelines. Even if you are just considering a move, it is recommended to apply as there may be waiting lists. If your name comes up on the list and you no longer require affordable housing, you can always cancel your application. Studio-5-Bedtooms available in various areas. HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM

  There are both pros and cons to home ownership, but owning your own home is still largely considered “The American Dream.” In most cases, the benefits of home ownership, particularly for long-term financial well-being, outweigh the downsides. With careful planning, you can purchase and maintain a home withoUT OVERSTRETCHING YOUR BUDGET. Our My Money My Way Financial Literacy 6-12 month course will help you prepare to come a homeowner.. Classes are  held weekly on ZOOM. 

Community Revitalization Program

We partner with a variety of organizations and businesses in our community to help change neighborhods for the better by: 

  • Building, repairing and restoring homes through local housing partners.
  • Clean-Up and Painting parks where children can participate in free summer meal programs as well as swing, color and play basketball from sun-up to sun-down.
  • Investing in community gardens where neighbors can pick nutrient-dense vegetables.
